It's not always about slogging away in the workshop. Jake and I went to Cooks Beach Coromandel last weekend to celebrate Trouble Bound HRC's Sweet 16th Birthday. A great milestone for a club that used to be full of young ratbags and scoundrels and now boasts some of the coolest cars and some very talented Hot Rod builders. It was great to catch up with like minded people, check out some great vehicles and have a laugh or two! 🍻🍻🎂🎂

The roof on the Pryde family Galaxie was not too flash under the paint. Fixed a few rusty spots and the leaking windows. Done for some summer cruising.

We had Kevin's '55 F100 in for a few jobs. Jag front end, Falcon rear and 4bar set up. Got it sitting a lot better. Widened rear guards and changed the dash from left hand drive to right hand. Few other jobs done along the way.

Stage one on Josh's F1 done. Fixed the altitude problem. Jag front end and 4 bars out back with a good C-notch. Can't wait for stage two. V8 Power stroke diesel 💪 for this workhorse.

This Thursday the 20th of November we're hosting Rodders, Customs and Classics Thursday night Burger Run!
Sophie and her crew from Big B's Tucka will be serving their awesome burgers and Screamin Beans Coffee van will be onsite with great coffee and hot chocolates!
Kicking off at 6pm, or Rick's leaving AA Shands Road at 5.45 cruising out to us. 567 Days Road Springston South - top end of Days Rd closed for roadworks so take Springs/ Collins or Leeston/Powells Roads. See you Thursday!

A bit of progress on the '48 Ford Coupe in my spare time, got it in epoxy. Been fixing rust and the chassis is almost ready for a trial fit of the body. ✨️✨️

It's been good to have some colour in the workshop lately 😆 A couple of classics in to have a few wee jobs done.

We have introduced you once before to our mate Liams '55 Chev. Some classic cars are driven harder than others 🥴 This time it wasn't his fault. So we fixed it from the front to the rear, on the right hand side.Then off to paint and now sporting a complete matching black paint job to boot. Hope we don't see it again any time soon.
