Pretty small job this one but pretty satisfying. The owner of this clean looking Toyota Crown wanted his bumper cut to fit around his blast pipes he wanted to get welded on with his new exhaust system he got.

The end result came out nicer and smoother than factory lines and cuts, so happy customer! 🙂

I started my studies last year in 2022 for this career path but lucky me managed to get a full time position as of the start of 2023 as a Panel Be**er, while also still completing my studies for this year and also starting my apprenticeship through work!

The "projects" that were made for this year's course that's now all done!

All the panels that you see here that range from plain colored panels to panels with pearls or glitter in them and the even the panel that I formed up by hand and polished up. All were made from flat peices of sheet metal that were cut, bent and welded up to more simulate door panels, all panels were then dented in different ways and then worked back into place with a hammer and dolly and then perfected with body filler. Then they were all painted up in the paint shop!

Thought I would hang on to all the panels as something cool from the past and to see where I started✌️

My studies for this year is all wrapped up as of 30/11/2022!

But I will be back next year for night classes and I will be qualified after that🥳

This was my very first weld I had ever done and thought it would be interesting to keep a hold of and be able to look back on in future years. I also clear coated it to keep it protected throughout time.
