A proud moment in Melbourne last week

At the New Zealand Collision Repair Association (CRA) Awards in Melbourne, MITO Deputy Chair Warren Flowerday and Chief Executive Verna Niao were honoured with Chairman’s Awards.

All that hard work and dedication has paid off for Ben Smith at Tandem Smash Repairs in Christchurch! 🎓

Ben has completed the New Zealand Certificate in Collision Repair Non-Structural Repair (Level 4). Congratulations on achieving this great milestone! 👏

And he's not stopping there—Ben is already gearing up for his Level 5 in Collision Repair (Structural Repair)! Awesome mahi!

Yesterday marked 30 years of Tandem Smash Repairs 1996 Ltd — a milestone we’re proud to be part of.

The business itself dates back even further to 5 November 1980, and over the years it’s seen plenty of change and evolution to get to where it is today.

I’ve been fortunate to be part of the journey since 2010, helping lead the business through its next chapter.

A big thanks to our team, customers, and supporters — we wouldn’t be here without you.
