It is with both regret and gratitude that we have to announce our time here at 40 Hawke Street is coming to a close.
Our final day open to the public will on the 5th of April. We will be operating out of Sefton, while we continue to look for a more local and suitable building.

As many of you are already aware - Waitomo purchased the site some time ago and have now given us notice to leave as they plan to demolish the building. Unfortunately we have not been able to find suitable local premises in the time given.
This not only affects us and our employees, it affects our families and the community loses yet another business. The workshop has been here for many years and it will be sad to see it go.
So, from all of us here at New Brighton Auto, we would like to say thank you to the community for the support over the years. Many people have expressed they will follow us to any new premises and we are thankful. It really means a lot to us that our customers have been so supportive.

We are going to be open for repairs Tuesday 28th.( providing level still lifts) Give us a ring on 388 3630 or ring or txt 0277331567 to book in anything you may need from WOFs to jump starts. We will be taking all the steps to keep ourselves and customers safe so please keep to government guidelines for health and safety. We have a tow truck ready for any call outs. WOFs cars $49 motorcycle and trailers $35. Full service and WOF combo start from $130 plus gst for petrol and $160 plus gst for diesel. Please ring and enquire. We do all repairs from WOFs to full engine rebuilds. Wiring and welding. New batteries in stock starting from $169 incl. we are a licensed AA repairer. No jobs to big or small. Time to start supporting local.

Update to all our customers Freinds and family. We have now closed up shop and ready to ride this out with the rest of you. Please stay safe and in your bubble we don’t want this to go on for longer than it needs to. Big thanks to everyone who is having to be out there helping keep us healthy and making sure we have food and the community’s safe. I am available by phone or txt 0277331567 if any one needs to chat. If you are an essential worker I will do what I can to help out in a safe way or direct you to someone who can. We’re all in this together.

Bookings are filling up fast so please call in early if you need any vehicles WOF service or repairs. Now remember we do any repairs big or small.
