We have received some exciting feedback from Chelsea – a student who came to us to learn manual driving before she embarked on an exciting adventure.

“Last year I signed up for an African volunteering adventure involving relocating and driving two lionesses from South Africa to Zimbabwe to be introduced to a lonely male lion in need of companionship. After only driving an automatic car for 10 years I realised the vehicles would be manuals. After some initial panicking, I found Zebedee and within 5 months I was able to learn, with the help of Graham, a new skill I never thought I’d need”

Congratulations Leah passing your restricted driving test. The pass was the best drive the testing officer had for a long time.
They said like all my other students "it was boring as all our students drive to a very high standard and do everything correctly".
she lost no points and no critical errors.
This was achieved with only 9 driving lessons and plenty of driving with her parents.

congratulations to Clem Cambell
passing his restricted driving test.
Clem has been on a journey working towards achieving his drivers licence.
before Clem came to us for lessons,
he had lessons with four other driving schools of which none could not teach him to the point that he could drive outside his subdivision.
Clem came to us frustrated that he was not achieving the skills for his licence.
within 10 lessons and many hours of driving with his Dad we had clem ready to sit his test.
we look forward to helping Clem to achieve his full licence.

congratulations to Ben passing his restricted test in his 1962 Morris 1000.
As a driving instructor it was one off my highlights, teaching a student to drive in a classic car that does not have no modern technology or Assists.

James has just completed his fifth lesson with zebedee driving school.
when he came to us he had no driving experience.
today I took James on a route similar to the test routes. other than a few tweaks and more driving time he is almost ready to sit his test.

A few words from james.
I surprised myself how well i drove today
Graham is a really good teacher. not only to just drive a car but to drive to a high standard.
he is always methodical and explained everything clearly which made it easy for me learn and I am looking forward to do my driving test in December.

Attending our Defensive Driving Course enables you to decrease the time that you need to hold your restricted licence by 6 months, regardless of if you are on your learner or restricted licence at the time you take the course. This means that, after you have completed your course, you can take your full licence test after only 12 months as a restricted driver, rather than the standard required wait time of 18months. Defensive Driving Courses help you to learn and develop the skills and techniques to be a safer, more confident and competent driver.

How long is the course?
The Defensive Driving Course takes 9 hours to complete, which includes 4 classroom sessions, 1 in-car driving session and access to the online driver training system, eDrive.

The confirmed dates for our next Defensive Driving Course are:
Tuesday, 29th September - 6:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday, 1st October - 6:00pm-8:00pm
Tuesday, 6th October - 6:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday, 8th October - 6:00pm-8:00pm

Congratulations to Isaac passing his Restricted licence.
Isaac worked hard to pass his test, but his motivation was to be able to drive himself to cycle racing events and places to train for his coast to coast training.
With his driver's license, and the amazing team at Waipuna Trust he will achieve his goals.
