$2 Gold coin entry per person.
Most food vendors have eftpos, but you will need plenty of cash for the stalls, the tram and the train rides.
Ferrymead Heritage Park is a smoke free venue, however, for the Ferrymead Night Market we will provide a smokers area for smokers and vapors. If you smoke or v**e outside of this area you will be asked to stop.
Do not bring alcohol - you will be asked to leave.

Access
The night market will run from 4pm to 8pm. You will notified as to entry times for setting up All vehicles will enter through Gate A and will contact the Market organisers on entry. All vehicles need to be removed from the township area before the market opens at 4pm. This excludes any food trucks etc that are integral to the stall.
For public safety, vehicles must not move through the market area between 4pm and 8pm. If you arrive after 4pm you will not be allowed vehicle access to the site and will need to move all gear and stock from the access barrier through Gate A. You may not bring your car in until the end of the market and your stall is completely packed down and ready to load. Parking will be provided for stall holders in allocated areas.
Power -
We are unable to provide power. You are welcome to use gas or a silent generator. Please check with the Market organisers for the best location for your generator.
Rubbish -
Please provide rubbish bins, particularly if you are selling a product that is likely to produce rubbish (e.g. food to be consumed on site). Take the rubbish you collect away with you.
Lighting
During the winter months please make sure you bring some lighting for your stall - good options are battery operated lanterns and fairy lights.
Site size, allocation and restrictions
Food vendors will be allocated spaces by the Market organisers to ensure the best fit of vehicles and stalls.
Craft stalls will be on a site 3m x 3m. These will be allocated by the market organisers through a random draw for the first market. If you require additional space for your stall, you can book more than one stall adjacent to each other, charges apply. Reserved stalls will be available for subsequent markets, please enquire.
Tables will not be provided, please provide your own display tables to fit within 2m x 2m site. Displaying items on the ground or in the walkway is not permitted. You may arrange products around a table, on hanging rails or on stands within the area of your stall. Gazebos will not be provided. All gazebos must be secured and weighted against the wind ie. Large water bottles.
ATM and Security- There is no ATM available on site. Please ensure you have an eftpos facility or plenty of cash float available. It is your responsibility to keep your float, stock, takings and valuables safe always.
Food Vendors - If you are providing food at the market, please also ensure you are familiar with and comply with any legal responsibilities, including those under the Food Act 2014 which came into force on 1st April 2016.
Health & Safety - As a stallholder, you are responsible for the safety of your site area. Please ensure that you are aware of any potential hazards your stall may create and have plans in place to deal with these. Examples of potential hazards may include trailing cables, unstable displays, hot BBQs or equipment, unsecured gazebos etc
Market Cancellation – The market will go ahead even in bad weather unless we are expecting a severe weather event. If this occurs, you will be notified by the Market Organisers in advance of the market. There will be no site fee refunds available unless the market has been officially cancelled by the organisers.
Fees – Food Vendors $60.00 per site, Craft Stalls $30.00 per site.
