This week we applied some C series “Burnt Bronze” Cerakote to a brand new exhaust manifold and turbo.
Our customer collected it this afternoon and it is all fitted up already.

Sometime back we had a Moto Guzzi engine dropped in for a clean.

Was one of those don’t rush jobs so we worked our way through it one piece at a time.

Now it has been completed it is off to have it’s final rinse and clean prior to assembly.

We were asked to clean up a Ducati set of headers.
After removing the baked on road grime it was next step into the Vapour blaster to profile, then it was a given a workout on our new 3 phase wire wheel machine.

Now it is ready to head to the polishers who will bring the shine back that stainless excels at giving.
