▪️Automotive Technician (permanent or contract)
▪️Apprentice (2nd or 3rd year)

Ikamatua Automotive Ltd is a family owned light automotive workshop located in Ikamatua, West Coast. We are looking for one or two people with the right skills and experience to join our small but friendly team. If you are a qualified Automotive Technician or 2nd/3rd year Apprentice, we want to hear from you!

What we have to offer you:
▪️Competitive wages $30-$40 per hour, company vehicle and fuel card. Accommodation is available to employee at a discounted rate.
▪️Well equipped workshop for safe and effective work environment.
▪️Flexible work schedule: this position is for full time 40 hours/week, but daily hours and work days are negotiable e.g 4-day work week.
▪️A variety of work so you would never get bored: WOF, servicing, tyres, wheel alignment, auto electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs, light fabrication, ATV and motorbike repairs, urban and rural vehicles etc.
▪️Support for upskilling and career development - future business partnership is available to the right person.

What we are looking for in you:

▪️Strong Health and Safety awareness.
▪️Ability to relate to other staff and customers.
▪️Current WOF certificate is preferred but not required.
▪️NZ residency/citizenship or a valid NZ work visa.
