We're delighted to welcome Tal McNabb to Bayswater European as a Sales Consultant across Audi, Volkswagen and Škoda.

A Hawke’s Bay local, Tal returned home two years ago with his wife Chelsea to be closer to family as they welcomed their son, Theo. After spending more than a decade in Wellington, he brings a wealth of automotive experience to the team, having started his career with Jaguar Land Rover before moving into a National Account Manager role representing Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and FUSO.

Tal's passion for vehicles extends well beyond the showroom. When he's not helping customers find the right vehicle, you'll likely find him on the golf course, watching UFC, or spending quality time with his family. His son Theo is already a keen motoring enthusiast, with Hot Wheels and an electric Hilux featuring heavily in family life.

We're thrilled to welcome Devon Scott to the Bayswater European team as our new Assistant Service Manager!

Born and bred in Napier, Devon started his automotive journey as an apprentice technician before heading overseas to the UK, where he spent six years working with some of the world's most iconic luxury brands, including Lamborghini, Bentley and Aston Martin.

After returning home, Devon continued building an impressive career with the Giltrap Group, progressing through a range of aftersales leadership roles and bringing with him 33 years of experience across Volkswagen Group brands.

While his experience speaks for itself, you'll quickly find that Devon is just as passionate about people as he is about cars. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and getting stuck into projects on his classic car.

We're excited to have Devon on board and know many of our customers will enjoy getting to know him too.
