Precision Regrinds Ltd is looking for an experienced Automotive Machinist to join our growing team in Nelson.
We are a well-established engine reconditioning and automotive machine shop with a reputation for producing high-quality work. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their craftsmanship and treats every job as if it were their own.
About the role
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Machining engine blocks and cylinder heads.
Precision measuring and inspection of engine components.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Working to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
What we're looking for
Experience machining engine blocks and cylinder heads is essential.
Crankshaft grinding experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Someone who takes ownership of their work and stands behind the finished product.
A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a small team.
