About Us:
We’re a busy, locally trusted mechanical workshop known for quality service and reliable repairs. Our team takes pride in keeping vehicles running smoothly — and we need someone at the front desk who keeps our day-to-day operations running just as efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage bookings
Prepare job cards and customer invoices
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Liaise with mechanics and customers to provide timely updates
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Experience with basic computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, booking software)
Prior knowledge, or admin experience (automotive industry a bonus but not required)
