In Part 2, we're taking a closer look inside the Fuso Rosa gearbox to identify the worn-out bearings and damaged components.

⚙️ Worn bearings can create excessive clearance, unwanted movement and abnormal noise during gearbox operation.

🚨 ONE WRONG STARTING PROCEDURE… ENGINE OVERRUN!

A small mistake can lead to a major engine failure! ⚠️

In this video, we show what can happen when an engine is started using the wrong procedure. The engine suddenly races to extremely high RPM, causing a dangerous engine overrun situation. The injectors were also reported to have failed.

🔧 Remember: Always follow the correct engine starting procedure and the manufacturer’s instructions. Never take shortcuts when working on heavy-duty diesel engines.

⚠️ One small mistake can lead to expensive repairs and serious engine damage!

⚙️ INSIDE A VGT TURBO — HOW IT REALLY WORKS! 🚛
Ever wondered how a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) controls boost pressure?
🔧 Here’s how it works: ✅ Variable vanes: Change position to control exhaust gas flow through the turbine. ✅ Low engine RPM: The vanes generally direct exhaust flow to help the turbo spool up faster. ✅ High engine RPM: The vanes open to reduce exhaust restriction and control boost. ✅ Actuator: Moves the vane mechanism according to the engine control system.
🔥 Unlike a conventional fixed-geometry turbo, a VGT can adjust its turbine flow characteristics to improve performance across different engine speeds.

ABS SENSOR DIAGNOSIS! 🚛⚡
How do we diagnose an ABS sensor fault? In this video, we use two diagnostic methods to check the ABS sensor and wheel-speed signals.
🔹 Step 1: Multimeter Testing – We check the ABS sensor’s electrical resistance and compare the reading with the manufacturer’s specifications, where applicable.
🔹 Step 2: Scanner Diagnostics – We use a diagnostic scanner to monitor live wheel-speed data and compare the readings to identify abnormal or missing signals.
