Side project started ⚡️🚤

After finding ludicrous amounts of excess wires, poor connections and several wire bird nests , the decision was made to completely strip back the wiring on this 1976 Savage Avenger paired with a 2000 Johnson BJ70PLSSD and start fresh.

The ol ‘76 boat will get a full rewire done.

Watch this space.

Toolboxes wired up for Silverline ⚡️

Front box with interior lighting and Central locking.

Rear box set up as a removable dog box - wired to a plug so ease removal .

Interior lighting , central locking and rear work lights powered via a OEM style light switch to fit in the factory switch block.

Tidy and wired to last!

Cool little job - 🏎️

Speedway trailer in need of some attention to get electric brakes to engage, some wire ups and a new plug, so the plug isn’t having to back track to the rear - so another plug mounted to front of the deck for simplicity!

Cheers Freeman Motorsports!

New update on the diagnostic tool! ⚡️

I am now able to provide a full diagnostic report via email.
Allowing owners and operators to take things into their own control and see visually what’s going on with the truck or heavy machine.

Any faults, your able to open the sub menu and visually see the fault code and parameters 😎

Good job for Tractor Repairs & Spares. 🚜

New Massey Ferguson tractor was on the menu for some hungry rats, on a farm in Cable Bay.

With it being a new Tractor, replacement harnesses aren’t available.

So an hour was all I needed to repair several wires and a whole new Injector #2 harness and terminals. ⚡️

Busy day, over 12 phone calls, half a dozen jobs done, but highlight was this rock drill mast for RockControl.

Had a call for an urgent diagnose and repair for this machine, which had no operation leaving the operators at a standstill.

Travelled from a job I was already at in tadmor valley and head straight out to Atawhai.

I had the machine diagnosed, repaired and running within 70minutes.

Operators straight back into work and deadlines will be met!

Been a good hectic week -

Ranging from diagnostic and repairs on a 3T forklift, Dual RT install , a central locking/door ajar alarm and toolbox light install and right into a starting a custom harness for a Sumitomo digger - with all sorts of call outs in between!

Cheers for trusting TBC for your auto electrical needs.
