Smith & Boyle Ltd – Established 1954 – Long established and busy Automotive Body Repairer. With consistent population growth in Tauranga & ongoing security & volumes of work, we are looking to bring in another Panel Be**er
With our current workshop development & expansion has provided this opportunity to employ another valued member to our Panel Beating team.
Smith & Boyle Ltd offers an attractive and up to date work environment, a boss who looks after his staff and takes pride in providing an honest, outstanding service and will always encourage the best to get the best results for the customers.
We are looking for:
1x Panel Be**er: Experienced / Near Qualified OR Fully Trade Qualified in the Collision and Structural Repair Industry
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Well organised and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Able to consistently produce a high standard of work
• Good attention to detail
• Well present and able to communicate well with staff and management
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team
• A good sense of humour
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Panel Be**er:
• Responsible for ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest quality standards, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications. This is achieved by following the planning and co-ordination of jobs with the Owner/Manager & Estimators
• Deliver quality, professional repairs to repair specifications including Dismantle and Reassembly within specific, allocated, designated timeframes
Normal hours of work are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday. Minimum 40 hours per week.
Extra hours may be necessary in our busier periods.
Start Date: Immediate
Remuneration will be based on experience and will be discussed at interview.
Work location: 1190 Cameron Road, Gate Pa, Tauranga
