Customer from Florida asked if I had a company sticker to go on his Rx3 drag car, told him sorry I didn’t have any stickers. Next thing I know he had some made up and sent over to me. Big thank you to Jordan much appreciated bro!

It was decided that the repo boot lid was not up to the standard of the rest of the car. If you have seen the repo boot lids you know how badly they fit. So I split the skin and frame, added 5mm to the front edge and wedged the back edge to suit the factory skin and get rid of the repo over hang, added hinge brace plates and a factory style catch plate for strength. Cleaned up frame and into epoxy. Then cleaned up the factory boot skin, removing all the surface rust and fabricating a new section for the rear, then clean and epoxy before spot welding the frame and skin together. Little rework to the rear guard to get the gaps nicer as it was set for the repo skin.

back from full fit out at Green Brothers Racing NZ for a few final things before body work and paint from Andy Duffin first front guard now modified to suit the metal flares I was supplied Machineryhouse New Zealand power hammer putting in work with the stretching dies
