When people talk about the heart and soul of IORK, Frazier Bouterey always comes out on top 🏆
Hailing from Lower Hutt, Fraz has built a reputation as one of the championship's most consistent and respected competitors. A proven force - he added to his legacy in 2024 by securing two New Zealand titles, further cementing his place among the series' top performers.
Now stepping into his fifth IORK campaign, Frazier returns with unfinished business and a clear goal: getting back onto the podium and fighting at the front where he so often belongs.
But his presence in IORK goes far beyond race results.
Last season, injury kept him out of the driver's seat and in a moonboot on the sidelines - but not away from the action. Instead, Fraz stayed deeply involved as part of the IORK community, picking up a camera and working as one of the event photographers, as well as an interviewer. True to form, he didn't just show up - he went all in, capturing the atmosphere, the emotion, and the racing from behind the lens.
Even more impressively, he also brought along the largest travelling group from Daytona, showcasing just how much energy and passion he injects into the sport, both on and off track.
That's what makes Fraz unique: he doesn't just race in IORK - he lives it.
Away from racing, he's a proud father of four, balancing family life with a long-standing passion for motorsport. His journey has also been one of resilience, having overcome serious injury that resulted in 18 screws and three plates in his leg. It's a reminder that his determination isn't just racing talk - it's real.
On track, expect the usual traits: commitment, calculated aggression, and relentless pace. Off track, expect him to be at the centre of the IORK action, camera in hand or helping pull people together.
Fraz returns not just as a competitor, but as a cornerstone of the IORK community. He's absolutely one to watch this season 🤩
