Concept idea for the exterior of the colonial house in Pipiriki
The garden has been transformed — native New Zealand flowers now bloom along both sides of the path leading to the porch. You’ll see pōhutukawa, mānuka, h**e, harakeke (flax), Chatham Island forget‑me‑nots, and toetoe, all arranged naturally among ferns and mulch. The colors — reds, whites, purples, and yellows — bring the house into harmony with its bush surroundings.

The emails were all sent on Tuesday 9th December 2025 and in my email, I asked if they could contact me by 5.00 pm on Tuesday 16th December 2025. Some did contact me and the shareholding was established. I now consider the remaining votes to be invalid.
