🦈 What was with the sharks today, Whanganui? 🦈

🤔We weren't the only ones scratching our heads. Talking to others back at the ramp, it sounds like it was a tough day for chilly bins all round!

Our crew hauled up 7 sharks, while the snapper were notably absent — with only one lonely snapper making it into the bin.

🌊That said, not every trip is about a full chilly bin. The sky was blue, the sea was glassy, and there are certainly worse places to spend a day than out on the water with good company and a rod in hand.🎣

🚤How did everyone else get on out there? Were the sharks keeping you busy too?

⚓A huge congratulations goes out to Andre, who has officially earned his Skipper qualifications! 🌊

Over the past 5 months, Andre has balanced the demands of running the workshop with the challenge of distance study, working his way through the theory requirements before tackling an intensive 10-days of practical assessment.⛴

💙Its been a lot of hard work, dedication, and determination, but the effort has paid off and we're incredibly proud of what he has achieved.😊

🛟As many of you know, we're proud supporters of Coastguard New Zealand and the incredible work their volunteers do to keep our boating community (you guys!) safe. 🚤
