Another day another dyno tune ahead of Rotary Reunion, quick health check with NDT Developments

New shop FD track car for a quick sq**rt to make sure we can full send at RE , stock port , T3 61mm masterpower holding the combo back from stretching its legs, No doubt this combo will be coming out and getting the Full apex make over in the coming months, for now should be a bit of fun

Another successful dyno day NDT Developments

Robs immaculate RX2 sedan finished up making a easy 475rwhp on 16psi, sxe366 13b secondary bridge, plumbed out wastegate and some larger injectors would have netted 500rwhp

Second car on the dyno today NDT Developments

Alexs 808 wagon, new watermeth setup and a couple psi more boost just cause 😂 Breezed a easy 580rwhp on 20psi , unfortunately the alternator now cant keep up so will be upgraded before Reunion , should be more than enough for now , still uses the small s300 1.0 T4 exhaust housing with a SXR368 borgwarner turbo

Managed to finish off my personal car ahead of Rotary Reunion 2026, was touch and go for awhile with customer builds taking priority, but decision was made to work through Xmas to get it done

Awesome results, couldnt be happier, Complete New setup, 13b semi pp JC block, TKO600 gearbox, G40 PSR 1150 1.06 Turbo , Pump gas 98

The goal was a reliable 500hp that sounded the part , Thanks again Brian NDT Developments

First engine of 2026 out the door

Tims FD wrapped up yesterday, what started off as a simple wastegate replacement and a Haltech dash install quickly turned into a full build

The engine was removed, semi pp added to existing stage 2 ports, we ditched the stud kit in favour of 4 extra dowels , binned the old turbo kit and started again now features a G40 1150 , Turbosmart 50mm wastegate and custom manifold

We fabricated a 3.5” stainless downpipe, replaced the 255lph intank pump with a 470lph unit, added fuel and oil pressure sensors to run safety features, added Idle air control and boost control via ecu

Now rocking the cosmo style intake which is showing no signs of torque drop off to 8000 rpm

Unfortunately the existing engine harness proved to be a issue and we couldn’t resolve it on the dyno so had to call it a day at 350rwhp on 11psi

Thanks Tim for your support cant wait to see this FD stretch its legs in the future

Bens 500hp 13b turbo package all wrapped up and ready to send down south

This started life as a new mazda crate engine, stripped , dowelled, balanced, painted and assembled with stronger apex seals and a stage 2 port

We have also supplied , fuel rails, injectors, clutch, turbo , wastegate , Drive by wire , Trigger wheel kit

Ben asked for complete drop in reliable package and this will not disappoint!

We have second hand options available to suit most budgets too , not alot of space left this side of RE now ! get intouch

Once back in the car we will be upgrading, turbo setup, running a new cosmo style intake , complete fuel system upgrade , Haltech 7” dash
