Circa Marine & Industrial is a specialist builder of high-quality aluminium vessels for commercial, expedition, and custom applications. Due to continued growth and upcoming builds, we are seeking skilled Aluminium Fabricators and Welders to join our workshop team.

The Role
You will be involved in the fabrication and construction of aluminium vessels, working from hull structures through to deck and superstructure components. This role suits experienced tradespeople who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work in a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Aluminium fabrication and welding for marine structures
• Reading and interpreting drawings and build documentation
• Fabricating hull, deck, and structural components
• Maintaining high standards of welding quality and finish
• Working closely with boatbuilders and other trades during assembly
• Ensuring safe and efficient workshop practices

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in aluminium fabrication and welding
• Marine or boatbuilding experience highly regarded
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Practical problem-solving approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team
