First-Ever MOTOVATED Charity Tourism Loop

EVENT CONCEPT
The MOTOVATED October Fest Mindoro Loop 2026 is our first-ever Charity Tourism Loop — a three-day motorcycle event that combines tourism, road safety, charity, community, adventure, and music in one meaningful experience.
Hindi lang tayo pupunta sa Mindoro para mag-long ride.
The goal is to bring the motorcycle community together to explore and promote Mindoro, encourage responsible and safe riding, support local communities, and extend help to our Mangyan brothers and sisters through selected charity activities along the route.
At pagkatapos ng malaking ride, sama-sama naman tayong magce-celebrate through the MOTOVATED October Fest Thanksgiving Concert in Pola, Mindoro.

PRE-EVENT: ORGANIZERS’ OCULAR VISIT
September 5–7, 2026
Bago namin dalhin ang riders sa Mindoro, mauuna muna ang MOTOVATED organizing team para personal naming ma-check at mapaghandaan ang buong event.
Safety and proper preparation will be our priority.
SEPTEMBER 5 — SATURDAY
MANILA TO MINDORO / COORDINATION DAY
🌅 Early morning ride-out from Manila to Mindoro.
Upon arrival, the organizing team will conduct courtesy calls and coordination meetings with:
* Mayor Ina Alegre
* Local Government Units
* Highway Patrol Group (HPG)
* Mindoro Tourism
* Other concerned local authorities and partners
Main agenda will include:
* Overall event coordination
* Proposed motorcycle route
* Road safety and traffic management
* Security and emergency response
* Tourism destinations and recommended stopovers
* Charity locations and communities
* Coordination requirements for the main event
* October Fest Thanksgiving Concert preparations

SEPTEMBER 6 — SUNDAY
FULL MINDORO ROUTE OCULAR
🏍️ The organizing team will personally ride and inspect the proposed 600+ KM Mindoro Loop.
We want to experience the actual route ourselves before bringing hundreds of riders into the event.
During the ocular, we will identify and inspect:
📍 Proposed tourism stopovers
⛽ Fuel stations
🍴 Food and hydration stops
🛑 Rest areas
🚑 Emergency and medical access points
🔧 Possible motorcycle assistance areas
📸 Scenic and tourism destinations
❤️ Proposed charity stopovers
🚦 Road conditions and possible hazards
👮 Areas requiring HPG/LGU assistance
We will also study the estimated travel time between stops and the proper pacing of the convoy.
The objective is simple:
WE RIDE THE ROUTE FIRST, SO WE CAN PREPARE IT PROPERLY FOR EVERYONE.

MINDORO TO MANILA
🏍️ Ride-out back to Manila.
After the ocular, the team will consolidate observations and recommendations to finalize the route, stopovers, safety plan, charity activities, and overall event flow.

OCTOBER 23–25, 2026
OCTOBER 23 — FRIDAY
ARRIVAL & RIDER PREPARATION DAY
📍 Pola, Mindoro
Participating riders will arrive in Pola in preparation for the following day’s main event.
AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES
🏍️ RIDER REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
Confirmation and registration of participating riders.
🎒 DISTRIBUTION OF OFFICIAL RIDER KITS
Registered participants will receive their official event kits and necessary event materials.
📋 RIDERS’ BRIEFING
A short but important briefing covering:
* Official route
* Ride formation and convoy rules
* Safety protocols
* Stopovers
* Charity activities
* Emergency procedures
* Contact persons
* HPG/LGU coordination
* Proper riding discipline
🔧 MOTORCYCLE SAFETY CHECK
Basic inspection of participating motorcycles before the main ride.
The objective is to make sure that both RIDER AND MOTORCYCLE ARE READY before taking on the 600+ KM journey.
After the briefing and preparation, riders can rest and prepare for the early morning take-off.

OCTOBER 24 — SATURDAY
THE MAIN EVENT
MOTOVATED CHARITY TOURISM LOOP
🌅 EARLY MORNING TAKE-OFF FROM POLA
This is the biggest day of the event.
Hundreds of riders will take on the planned 600+ KM MINDORO LOOP.
But this isn’t simply about completing hundreds of kilometers.
THIS IS A RIDE WITH A PURPOSE.
Throughout the journey, riders will experience different parts of Mindoro while helping promote its destinations, local communities, businesses, culture, and tourism.
TOURISM STOPOVERS
Selected locations along the route will serve as official stopovers where riders can experience and highlight different parts of Mindoro.
The ride itself becomes a platform to showcase the beauty and potential of the province to the motorcycle community and to our audiences online.

❤️ CHARITY STOPOVERS
One of the most important parts of the event.
Along the Mindoro Loop, we will have selected charity stops where the MOTOVATED community, together with our partners and participating riders, can extend assistance to our Mangyan brothers and sisters.
This is what separates this event from an ordinary motorcycle loop.
We are not riding only for ourselves.
Every kilometer can become an opportunity to create an impact.

After completing the 600+ KM journey, riders will return to:

RIDE BACK TO MANILA
After the three-day Mindoro experience, participating riders will prepare for the journey home.
🏍️ Ride-out from Mindoro back to Manila.
We go home not only with hundreds of kilometers added to our motorcycles…
But with new experiences, new friendships, and hopefully a positive impact left behind in the communities we visited.
