JOBWELLDONE - HYUNDAI STAREX GRX TCI*

*Concern:* Check Engine always ON
*Fault Codes:* Crankshaft Position Sensor & Boost Pressure Sensor

*Actions Done:*
1. Scanned & confirmed codes - crank sensor & boost sensor
2. Replaced ECU - to clear crank sensor circuit fault
3. Replaced Crankshaft Position Sensor (new)
4. Replaced Boost Pressure Sensor (new)
5. Full cleaning - Turbo system, EGR, Intake Manifold & Exhaust Manifold
6. Road test & re-scan - No more check engine

*Result:* Check Engine OFF, boost normal, smooth acceleration, no more limp mode.

For TCI engines, boost sensor and EGR clog is common cause of low power + check engine. Regular cleaning every 40k km recommended.

Home service repair in tagaytay tbx madam for choosing a Rhic garage in imus cavite

Jobwbelldone👩‍🔧 Clutch pedal stuck up after long drive, vehicle won't move (sliding), with TAK sound when releasing clutch.

⚙️Clutch overheated due to long drive, dry bearing and worn disc hub. Fork stuck on pivot when hot, pedal won't return and clutch sliding.
🔩Findings:• Primary & secondary (MOBIS orig) - OK pressure, no leak
• Secondary push rod - sometimes stuck when hot
•Upon removal - release bearing dry /no grease
• Clutch disc center hub - has play /loose
• Pressure plate - burnt / glazed
🔧recommendation: Replace full clutch kit: disc, pressure plate, release bearing, pilot bearing

🔧It broke down / stalled on the road, then when the engine cooled down a bit, it started again
⚙️ check wiring and sensor. Replace injector and camshaft sensor.
🔩replace fuel filter assembly.
