Since I started working at Ford, I made a promise to myself: every success I achieve, every life I touch, and every milestone I reach would be my way of honoring my Papa.
I may have lost him, but his values, work ethic, and legacy continue to guide me every single day. What began as a career became a mission. to build something bigger than myself, to help people, create opportunities, and make a difference in the lives of those around me.
So if my success bothers you, all I can say is: BRING IT ON 🔥🔥🔥 You don’t know what it’s like to fight for a dream that is no longer your own.
Every challenge I face fuels me even more because I am no longer working for myself alone. I am working to honor my father’s legacy, to be an inspiration for my kids, serve my clients, and create opportunities for the people around me.
The bigger the purpose, the stronger the fighter.
And when you’re fighting for something greater than yourself, quitting is never an option. 🎯🎯🎯
I am not chasing success for recognition. I am chasing purpose.
And when your purpose is bigger than yourself, no criticism, negativity, or obstacle can stop you.
