A BMW's regular maintenance also provides an opportunity to check other systems. During this home service in Makati, the BMW F30 320d LCI received PMS using MOTUL fully synthetic 5W30 engine oil, including oil filter replacement and a service counter reset. Scanning was also performed, which identified a head unit fault, and the suspension system was checked.

Electrical faults can affect several functions at once, which is why proper diagnosis is important before replacing a control module. On this MINI Cooper Countryman R60, the work included Footwell Module replacement, DME repair, and scanning with system checks following the electrical work. The FRM controls the interior and exterior lighting, monitors light circuits, and manages selected window and other body electrical functions, while the DME manages engine operations such as fuel injection, ignition timing, and engine control based on sensor inputs. The service also covered replacement of the front and rear brake pad sets, brake system bleeding, and replacement of the front shock absorbers (set), followed by the routine PMS including engine oil change, air and cabin filter replacements, along with the spark plugs.

Working with this BMW E46 involved a complete conversion from automatic to manual transmission, with the drivetrain and supporting components changed to suit the new setup. The conversion included the clutch kit, clutch master and slave cylinders, bearings, and manual pedal assembly, with the propeller shaft flex disc replaced as well. The tr**ny work also required the corresponding changes around the clutch and pedal system to make the manual setup functional. Programming and adaptation were also carried out for the manual transmission configuration. With the tr**ny, clutch, hydraulics, pedals, and related drivetrain components all involved, this was a substantial job from the mechanical work through the electronic side of the conversion.

Minor things to be done on this 67' Corvette. Pop up light repaired. These motors are as tough as nails and can be repaired. You just know how to open it.

Rewired the brake, park and signal lights. Too bad the signal light stalk is broken. That needs to be replaced some other time.

That ends up my Corvette work... For now...
