Entry-Level Graphic Artist (No Experience Required)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Artist to join our team! No formal work experience is required—we are primarily looking for someone with creative potential, strong visual sensibilities, and a desire to learn. In this role, you will work alongside experienced designers and team members to create eye-catching visual content for digital media, print, and marketing projects
✅ Key Responsibilities
* Visual Content Creation: Assist in designing visual assets for social media, promotional graphics, flyers, presentation decks, and website banners.
* Brand Application: Learn and apply company brand guidelines, color palettes, and fonts to ensure consistent designs.
* Layout & Formatting: Perform photo crop/retouching, vector image adjustments, and simple layout formatting.
* Collaboration: Partner with marketing and content team members to receive creative briefs and turn ideas into draft designs.
* Learning & Development: Participate in design reviews, accept constructive feedback, and continuously refine software and design skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Creative Samples / Portfolio: Must submit sample design work, creative projects, or school/personal assignments demonstrating basic design ability.
* Software Familiarity: Basic knowledge or familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
* Visual Fundamentals: Basic understanding of design fundamentals (color choice, composition, layout, and font pairing).
* Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to pick up new tools, techniques, and workflows quickly.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and check work before final submission.
Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Points
* Experience with photo editing or basic vector illustration.
* Familiarity with video editing tools or simple motion graphics (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express).
* Student work, personal projects, or freelance design samples.
