A COT-27 hydraulic tyre unpacking machine was designed for customers who have to unpack doubled or tripled tyres (tyres that were nested one inside the other). It can extract packs of two and more tyres. It is very safe for tyres and an operator. It can unpack a full 40ft container (around 3000 tyres) in 1.5 working days 🔥 It can be equipped in a 230V or 110V engine depending on client’s order. That means that it can be used worldwide🌍

Our legendary COT-2 (a tyre doubler that could pack 3-4 tyres in a bundle to save space in a container) is no longer manufactured and is enjoying its well-earned retirement. It has been officallly replaced by its successor - the COT-30. The king is dead, long live the king!🫡🎉

We are currently preparing further orders for tyre-nesting machines (capable of inserting up to six or more tyres into each other), which reduce tyre transport costs by two-thirds 🔥 We are currently assembling three hydraulic models (COT-7) and one pneumatic model (COT-10). A COT-10 pneumatic tyre tripling machine is used for doubling tyres (packing them one inside the other). With its help, you can easily load around 3000-3200 tyres into a 40ft container – it decreases the shipping costs by two thirds.

KEY FEATURES
- It can make packs of 6 or more car, jeep or C-type tyres.
- You can make around 50 packs of 4 tyres in an hour.
- It is safe for the operator and will not damage tyres.
- It is controlled by levers and the operator can fully control each operation.

DRIVE
- It is a pneumatic machine, so a compressor is required to power it (not included with the machine).
- We recommend using a compressor with a tank of at least 200 liters (≈ 53 gallons).
- The required supply pressure is 8 –10 bar (≈ 116 – 145 psi).
- It cannot operate when the temperature drops below 0 °C / 32 °F.

COT-22 tyre loading press is designed to press a stack of tyres in order to decrease their volume (similar to a tyre baler), allowing more pieces to be transported in a container without damaging them. The press is designed to be attached and connected to a forklift truck in the same way as normal forks.

When you load packs of 3 tyres nested inside each other using 13-15 inch tyres you can fit around 4000 pieces in a 40ft container. You can fit approximately 70-90 packs of tyres inside the press. Moreover, if you pack single tyres, you can pack up to 80% more pieces into a container.

This machine has a special comb-shaped bottom that interlocks with the bottom of the COT-21 loading box. This makes it very easy to reload the tyres from the box into the press. It is also possible to load the tyres directly into the press, but this is less efficient.

Another batch of machines has recently left our factory. It included mostly tyre testers: the Standard (to the UK), Professional (to France) and Aquatest (to the USA). However there were also many truck tyre inflation safety cages that went to many shops in Poland and individual customers abroad.
