Another early saddle proudly restored in my shop. This time it is an Indian 1915 saddle. A very fragile leather top. I used screws insted of tubular rivets to attach the cantel. Museum type example. They are still out there...

Long time no posts. But that's the way the summer is.
I'm constantly working on various saddles/saddlebags and preparing my stock for the biggest European swap meet in Mannheim / Germany.
Take a look at one of my finished orders. This is a 1915 Troxel Truform with Indian suspension. Just restored for a friend from the Netherlands.

A kind of non-American saddle work. This is a British Brooks B600 saddle for AJS bike. New leather with patina. Original piece of leather with patent stamps as well as Brooks plate.

A new set of 1946-53 Indian traveleer saddlebags.
Black leather and patina hardware.
Made according to original bags. US made hardware, correct number and size of spike spots. Cast buckles. Splashed tubular rivets ( the strongest type of rivet ). What else can I say? These bags are made to last forever!
One of the nicest bags ever designed.
