A proper seal starts with proper alignment. ⚙️🛥️

This Ferretti 78 was experiencing an issue where the door required manual assistance to complete its closing cycle, preventing the system from reaching the correct final position and allowing water intrusion.

Our team adjusted and calibrated the door cylinders and closing mechanism to restore the proper travel, final position, and seal compression.

The result: smooth closing without manual assistance, full seal engagement, and no more water intrusion.

Precision matters — especially on the water.

¡Cerramos la semana bien! 👍🏻⚓️

🔧📢 REEMPLAZO DE BOCINA + DIAGNÓSTICO ELÉCTRICO

Llegamos a esta embarcación porque la bocina había dejado de funcionar.

Luego de verificar el panel de breakers, fusibles, relays y rastrear el circuito completo, identificamos que la falla provenía de una tarjeta electrónica defectuosa que formaba parte del sistema original de activación.

⚡ Eliminamos el componente defectuoso y simplificamos el circuito, llevando la señal del botón directamente al relay y del relay a la bocina.

Finalmente, instalamos una nueva bocina marina, realizamos las pruebas de funcionamiento y dejamos el sistema completamente operativo. ✅

Porque muchas veces no se trata simplemente de cambiar una pieza, sino de encontrar la falla y darle la solución correcta. ⚓️

Electrical service completed ✅⚡️

This automatic door was not closing properly, so our team performed a full diagnosis to identify the issue. After attempting a factory reset and complete reprogramming, the problem persisted — confirming that the controller needed to be replaced.

We installed a new Stanley MC521 controller, configured and calibrated the system, and fully tested the door operation to make sure everything was working properly.

Result: door operating flawlessly and system restored to normal.
