In my previous post, I shared about my first experience in the **new car industry**, which honestly didn't go very well. 😅

After that, I decided to venture into the **pre-owned car market**, and looking back, I think I was really fortunate to have joined the right company and met the right mentors.

They guided me patiently and taught me many valuable skills and knowledge about the trade. I'm truly grateful for that opportunity.

What impressed me the most was their willingness to share.

There were no secrets, no holding back, and no fear of teaching a newcomer. They shared everything they knew about the business unselfishly.

Back then, I never felt like "just another salesman." Instead, I felt more like a partner who was growing together with the team.

Of course, the industry was very different then.

We were still advertising cars through:

📄 Flyer distribution
💻 SGCM (Singapore Car Mart) was also one of the most effective platforms at that time.

Fast forward to today, the game has changed completely.

📱 Social media and content creation have become a huge part of how we connect with customers.

To be honest, I'm still very new to creating content, and I'm learning as I go. My goal has always been simple — to share useful information and real experiences that can help car buyers make better decisions.

Every car sale has a story, and this is definitely one I'll remember for a long time. 🙏

Mr Poh first contacted me after seeing my BYD listing on Facebook. Unfortunately, the car was sold very quickly before I even had the chance to present it to him.
