Debriyaj kaydırma, debriyaj pedalına basıldığında, debriyaj sistemi tam olarak ayrılmıyor ve motor ile tekerlek arasındaki bağlantı tamamen kesilmiyor. Bu durum, debriyaj disklerinin veya baskı plakalarının düzgün çalışmaması, aşınması ya da uygun şekilde yerleşmemesi sonucu meydana gelir. Kaydırma, motorun gücünün bir kısmının tekerleklere iletilmemesine ve aracın düzgün hızlanamamasına neden olur.

Clutch slippage occurs when the clutch pedal is pressed, but the clutch system does not fully disengage, and the connection between the engine and the wheels is not completely cut off. This happens when the clutch discs or pressure plates are not working properly, are worn out, or are not installed correctly. Slippage causes some of the engine power not to be transmitted to the wheels, leading to poor acceleration of the vehicle.

Toplantı kapsamında; geçtiğimiz aylara ilişkin durum değerlendirmesi, pazar eğilimleri, müşteri ürün segmentasyonu, ürün portföyümüz, Ar-Ge güncellemeleri, teknik performans, kalite, otomasyon, dijital servis inovasyonları ve tedarik zinciri süreçlerini farklı disiplinlerin katılımıyla ele aldık.

Ürün, kalite, üretim teknolojileri, satış, Ar-Ge, dijital dönüşüm, mali işler ve tedarik zinciri ekiplerimizin katkılarıyla; müşteri beklentilerine daha hızlı yanıt veren, verimliliği ve kaliteyi odağına alan, sürdürülebilir büyümeyi destekleyen aksiyonlarımızı belirledik.

Debriyaj Diski Ayırma Ayna Paralelsizliğinin Fazla Olması;
Baskı aynası ayırma ve/veya kavrama esnasında her koşulda debriyaj diski, motora dik bir şekilde hareket etmelidir. Firmamız bünyesinde bulunan test cihazları ile bu önemli teknik özellik %100 kontrol edilmektedir.
Nedenleri;
a. Baskı aynası fazla ısı nedeniyle çarpılmış olabilir.
b. Baskı volana düzgün bir şekilde oturmamış olabilir.
c. Baskı kafesi eğik olabilir.
d. Nakliye veya montaj esnasında düşürülmüş olabilir.

Excessive Misalignment of the Release Bearing
During separation and/or engagement, the clutch disc must move perpendicular to the motor in all conditions. This important technical feature is thoroughly checked using the test equipment within our company.
Reasons may include:
The release bearing may have been bent due to excessive heat.
The release plate may not have seated correctly on the pressure plate.
The pressure cage may be misaligned.
It may have been dropped during shipping or installation.
