2019 A5 in for a spongy soft brake pedal. They brought it to me after a brake job done at another shop. Upon disassembly I found the new brake pads were installed in the wrong positions causing the pads to bind against the caliper so badly the pads bent from the hydraulic pressure. All the internal retaining clips were broken off and the wear sensor was just zip tied to the brake hose. You know what they say, “if you think a good euro mechanic is expensive, wait until you find a bad one!”

2018 Q5 in for brake vibrated and just do not feel right. Found the inside surface of the rotors severely pitted and there was o it about 1 inch of pad contact on both sides.
