Thanks to everyone that stopped out and/or joined us at the Back Forty Speedway for Round #1 of the "605 Dirt Series" last night.

A couple of things we are adjusting in the rules for the rest of the outdoor racing season and is effective at the start of the next oval race.

*All cars will be allowed to run a solid steering rack, but it's not required.

*All 1/10 scale cars must run a Traxxas 2WD stock tire and rim or the 1/10 Traxxas modified tires.

*No other tires are allowed in the following classes: Novice, Street Stock, Modified, and Late Model classes.


The goal is to keep the classes affordable for everyone.
We will continue to make adjustments to the outdoor oval rules.

If you have any questions on tires or any rules please reach out to Eric and Klink they will be glad to help you.

Watch the page for a poll on what night of the week, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of every other week works best to accommodate you as the driver's. (Yes we know it wont work for everyone we are just looking for some input)

Dirt track lovers, the wait is over, it's high time for some fun at the Dakota Slidewayz Back Forty Speedway. Round #1 of the clay oval '605 Dirt Series' located at the Brown County Fairgrounds. As always it's free to spectate.

Buckle up for oval mayhem this Tuesday! Confess if you're crazy enough to show up and reveal your ride's class on our brand-new outdoor clay oval track!
* Also, the off-road track is down for some pampering and fancy fixes.

** Last and most crucially, whatever you bring to the track, take home with you tables, trash when you leave!

Due to inclement weather, tonight's event is being postponed, and we anticipate rescheduling it for a future date.

After a long battle with Mother Nature's evil twin, the time has finally come! Tomorrow is oval race day, folks! Pits are first-come, first-served, or you can bribe your way to the front of the line for $100 for the oval season. All pit spots come with power, because let's be real, you'd probably just forget yours at home. Don't forget your table and chairs, we're not providing the couch.

*Scoring system only uses AMB or the MRT transponders,
* Five cars to make a class.
* Run as many classes as you wan't
* To keep the race on schedule, we only allow 3 minutes between class.
