Established in 2007. Paradigm Automotive has been proudly serving the Brainerd community since 2007. Meet the Business Owner:
Starting at a very young age, working on a farm and fixing tractors, Al knew that mechanics was a correct fit for him. Many muscle cars and not so muscle cars during high school got him prepared for when he joined the military in 1983 and became a mechanic for the U.S. Leaving the Military in 1994 and working many Management positions while spending his free time building and racing dirt track in the area, Al realized there was no local performance shop in central Minnesota for the car enthusiast. When the opportunity presented itself for Al to start the shop he'd always talked about he jumped at it and hasn't looked back.

Throwback Thursday!! ⏪

We dug into the Paradigm archives and found this gem.

From Service Writer to Owner, Patrick is proof of what a little courage, a lot of hard work, and sticking with it can build.

The American Dream is alive and well.

Time has been kind to you, old top. 😂

We get it. Trusting an auto shop isn't always easy.

The dealership wants your paycheck. Your buddy "knows a guy." And Uncle Dave swears he can do it for cheap... as soon as the part comes in three weeks from now. 😂

There is a better option.

Come on in. We'll take it from here.

🚨 Maintenance Monday… on a Tuesday

If every bump in the road feels a little more dramatic than it should, your shocks might be on their last legs.

Worn shocks don’t just make for a rough ride, they can affect handling, braking, and how well your tires stay planted on the road.

Give Paradigm Automotive a call and let’s get that ride feeling smooth again.

We’re hiring! 🔧

What makes Paradigm a great place to work? We figured the best people to ask were the ones already here.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to be valued for more than just production hours.

Think you’d be a good fit? Come talk to us or send us a message.
