WE'RE HIRING! EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS WANTED!

Tired of working on the same vehicles and doing the same repairs every day?

At Rugged Upfitter, no two days are quite the same!

We're growing and looking for an experienced Automotive Technician, Powersports Technician, or Vehicle Upfitting Technician to join our team.

MORE THAN JUST A REPAIR SHOP!

Side by Sides are where it all started for us. For over 10 years, we've built our reputation servicing, repairing, and upgrading Polaris, Can-Am, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha, and other Side by Side brands.

And now we're taking that same experience and attention to detail into an even bigger world of vehicles!**

Today, we work on:

- Side by Sides — All Major Brands

- Jeep Wranglers & Ford Broncos

- Ford, Chevrolet, GMC & Ram Trucks

- Toyota & Nissan Trucks

- Commercial Trucks & Vans

- Fleet & Work Vehicles

We repair them. We maintain them. We modify them. We upfit them.

THIS ISN'T YOUR TYPICAL TECHNICIAN JOB!

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning wrenches, solving problems, and working on a wide variety of vehicles.

Depending on your experience, your work could include:

Mechanical Repair & Diagnostics
- Engine, drivetrain, and differential repairs
- Electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Suspension, steering, brakes, and wheel bearings
- Routine maintenance and major mechanical repairs

Performance & Vehicle Upgrades
- Lift kits and suspension upgrades
- Wheels, tires, and leveling kits
- Performance modifications
- Winches, bumpers, lighting, and accessories

Truck & Commercial Vehicle Upfitting
- Running boards, tonneau covers, and truck caps
- Toolboxes, bed slides, and storage systems
- Commercial van shelving and ladder racks
- Cargo management and fleet equipment installations

You don't have to be an expert in everything we do. We're looking for someone with solid mechanical experience, their own tools, a willingness to learn, and the drive to become part of a growing team.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Full-Time Employment

- NO WEEKENDS!

- Competitive Pay Based on Experience

- Paid Time Off

- Employee Discounts

- Professional Development Assistance

- A Variety of Interesting Projects

- Opportunity to Grow with Our Company

We're not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a challenge, wants to keep learning, and wants to be part of a company that's growing into something special.

If you're an experienced technician looking for a change of pace, we'd like to meet you!
