FLUSH GRADUATE SPOTLIGHT: Meet Jeff Baxter of Superflush RV! 🇨🇦
We're heading north of the border to British Columbia, Canada, where Flush graduate Jeff Baxter has been building his professional RV tank cleaning business, Superflush RV, for the past year.
And Jeff shared a customer story that's just too good not to tell!
At an RV show in Chilliwack, a gentleman approached Jeff and proudly explained how he cleaned his own RV tanks. After listening to what sounded like a three-hour process, Jeff encouraged him to keep up the good work.
The gentleman confidently announced that he wouldn't be needing Jeff's services.
Fast-forward three months...
Jeff gets a phone call from that very same gentleman.
"I know I was a bit of a jerk, but I've got a problem. There's a smell I just can't get rid of. Can you help?"
Of course Jeff could!
When Jeff arrived, the customer apologized again. Jeff assured him it was no problem, and they got to work.
First up: the black tank. Jeff kept removing sludge, and the customer finally admitted, "I guess I wasn't doing as good a job as I thought!"
But the customer insisted that wasn't the smell he'd been experiencing inside the RV.
Then came the gray tank. 😳
Jeff described an absolutely awful odor, along with food debris, sand and oil. The smell was so bad the customer's wife left the trailer!
And then Jeff discovered something neither of them expected...
A clump of hair the size of a BASEBALL!
By the time Jeff finished cleaning both tanks, the customer was shocked by what had been hiding inside them.
And here's the best part: That same customer started telling everyone in his RV park about the experience, bringing Jeff even more business!
We also asked Jeff what his Flush training has meant to him:
