"I wanted to share my super positive experience as a remote buyer of a pre-owned Volvo XC60 from Tim Kitchens and his team at Gerald Jones Ford. I purchased a number of cars over the years remotely from different dealerships and of course the process is always hit and miss. From the very beginning, Tim was super responsive, extremely fair to work with and helped at every stage of the process. The car was beautiful and exceeded my expectations as well - they obviously look for high quality pre-owned trade ins, etc. I also have to give a shout out to their amazing finance and administrative team. My state and county specifically have a really terrible tag, registration and titling process. They handled it in an extremely short period of time and we came home from a short trip to my tags registration and title waiting in the next day envelope on my front door. You really can't ask for better service than that. If you are in person or buying remotely, you can definitely buy with confidence from this dealership! Thanks Tim 🤝"
