🏎️FEATURE FRIDAY🛠️
On this lovely Friday we have the honor of introducing Miss Shelley Phillips. She is a loving and supportive wife, devoted fur baby Momma and the ringleader of many shenanigans! Yes, she is family but that is not why she is here. We pursued her for years before the timing became right and Shelley joined the Caropractor Family💚 For 6 awesome years she has blessed the company with more than we can say. If you know her you will agree that Shelley has one of the biggest hearts out there. This attribute shines through on a professional level as well. Shelley takes each and every repair personally. Through her 20+ year long career in this challenging industry, she has not lost her compassion and empathy. If anything it has increased and her fierceness to fight for what is just along with it. From a business standpoint, truly we could not ask for more. She is a thorough and highly accurate estimator, an encouraging coworker willing to help out whenever and however she can and last but certainly not least, a fun loving free-spirit that brings lots of entertainment to the shop! Shelley is quite the singer, always belting out all the right lyrics to each song she so eloquently sings throughout the day! 😆 We LOVE her and are so thankful she is part of this shop family. When I say we are immensely blessed by such an amazing group of people at Caropractor I mean it. Hopefully the small glimpse into our fantastic family over the past several weeks has portrayed that well💚

🏎️FEATURE FRIDAY🛠️
Feature Friday has become Feature Saturday. Please forgive the delay. Without further ado—Thee Austin Combs. Yes, we will brag and not feel prideful whatsoever. Certainly many may stake this claim but there is no stretch at all when we say we have the most gifted painter in the greater metro area, maybe even all of Colorado. Not kidding. There are so many wonderful things to share about Austin, those of you who know him know this to be true. We have been blessed to have Austin with us for 7 years now!! He is one of the most talented, precise, detailed and articulate refinish technicians we have seen these many years in the industry. Whether it’s a bumper on a late model vehicle or a near complete job on an exotic, he treats each job the same. Not only does he care about the product he puts out, he cares about each of his coworkers and the company as a whole. Austin works hard and strives to fill the gaps when he can. He is a reserved and quiet person. It took some time for Austin to come out of his shell…like 3-4 years 😉but when he finally did we loved him even more! We can’t imagine life without him and I don’t mean at work alone. He is such a special guy in our shop family! Speaking of family, Austin recently married the love of his life Karen💚These two are incredible humans and we cannot wait to watch their future unfold.

PSA: If your vehicle suffered damage from the severe hail that went through the area end of May 2024, there is NO WAY a reputable repair facility can repair your vehicle for the estimate amounts insurance companies are writing. We are submitting supplements for several thousand dollars and those supplements are returning short by thousands of dollars still. Consumers, file a complaint with the Division of Insurance. Their complete lack of indemnification should be investigated, it is criminal.
