🔥 When the Brake Pads Aren't the Problem 🔥

This vehicle came in after the customer noticed smoke coming from the right rear wheel while driving. The rear brakes had recently been replaced, so at first glance it might seem like a brake pad issue.

After a thorough inspection, we found the real culprit: a failing brake hose that was preventing the caliper from releasing properly. This caused the brake to drag against the rotor, creating excessive heat and damaging the brake components.

The discoloration and residue visible on these brake pads are signs of extreme heat exposure—not normal brake wear.

⚠️ Warning signs of a dragging brake:• Smoke coming from a wheel• Burning odors• Excessive heat from one wheel• Premature brake wear• Vehicle pulling while driving

This is a great reminder that replacing parts doesn't always solve the problem. Proper diagnosis is essential to finding the root cause and preventing repeat failures.
If you notice smoke, unusual smells, or excessive heat from a wheel, don't wait—have it inspected as soon as possible.

2003 — Next Generation
“Driven by the Same Commitment”

Following his father’s example, Lou Jr. grew up in the shop sweeping floors, detailing cars, and learning what it meant to serve others with integrity.

Since 1998, Lou Jr. has carried the torch forward, always pushing to grow, improve, and lead with purpose, while never forgetting where it all began.
Today, the business continues to thrive as a second-generation testament to family, trust, and service.

Great legacies aren’t just remembered, they’re lived.

🔧 Leaky Transmission Line? Don’t Ignore the Rust.

🛻 This transmission cooler line was leaking due to corrosion hidden beneath the protective coating. Years of moisture and road debris caused the metal to rust and eventually fail.

⚠️ Even a small transmission fluid leak can lead to low fluid levels, poor shifting, overheating, and expensive transmission damage if left unchecked.

🔍 If you notice fluid spots under your vehicle or rust forming on transmission lines, have them inspected early. Catching a leak now can help prevent a much bigger repair later.
