🐕💩 REMINDER: The P**p Fairy Is NOT Employed Here!

Your dog does its business. You do the cleanup. It's a pretty simple job description! 😂

Please remember:
🐾 Pick up after your pet EVERY time.
🦮 Keep your dog on a hand-held leash and under control.
🚫 Do not walk your pet onto another resident's lot or allow it onto their lot site.
🙅 Don't allow your dog to jump on other residents.

Not everyone is comfortable around dogs, and nobody wants to find a surprise in the grass. Be a responsible pet owner and a considerate neighbor!

Its almost that time of year to change clocks!
Twice a year, we change our clocks and spend days adjusting to the time change. But what if Illinois stopped changing the clocks altogether? 🌞
There are two options, and each has its pros and cons!
☀️ Permanent Standard Time: Winter mornings would be brighter, with sunrise around 7:00–7:30 AM and sunset around 4:30 PM. But summer sunsets would move to around 7:30 PM, meaning less daylight in the evenings.
🌅 Permanent Daylight Saving Time: We'd keep our longer summer evenings, and winter sunsets would be around 5:00–5:30 PM. The downside? Winter sunrises could be as late as 8:00–8:30 AM, meaning darker mornings for schoolchildren and commuters.
Illinois lawmakers have considered eliminating the time changes, but as of October 2026, the proposals discussed have not become law. Permanent Daylight Saving Time also requires federal authorization.
Here's the catch: Neither option gives us more daylight. It simply changes when that daylight happens according to the clock!
What would you prefer? Brighter winter mornings or more daylight in the evenings? Would you choose permanent Standard Time or permanent Daylight Saving Time?

The House of Creeps Haunted House is waiting at Schaumburg Schaumburg Halloween Carnival will be open October 23–25 & 29-31 ! 👻 And if haunted houses aren't your thing, there's always carnival food. Honestly, it's hard to be scared when you're holding a funnel cake in each hand. Priorities. 😂🎃
