Our Culture Team winner is Braydon Poucher, one of our Sales Inventory Porters, for going above and beyond to serve our customers and the dealership. We asked him some questions to hopefully learn something new about him. Here's what he said:

Q: What do you enjoy most about your role at MBOBR?

A: Getting to drive the different types of cars we get daily.

Q: What is your best quality and how does it help you do your job?

A: The ability to stay in a good mood and not sweat the small things. It makes every day go by quickly and easily.

Q: Who is your favorite author and which of their books would you recommend?

A: Jenny Han. "The Summer I Turned Pretty" series is really great.

Q: What is your dream vacation destination?

A: Tokyo, Japan.

Q: Who is the one person in your life that you are most grateful for?

A: My dad. He does everything he can to get me set up for my future.

Q: What is an interesting fact about yourself that people don't know?

A: I absolutely hate milk chocolate, but I love dark chocolate.

Our Employee of the Month is Kyle Talbert for going above & beyond to serve our customers and the dealership! We asked him a few questions to learn something new about him. Here is what he said:

Q: What inspired you to join the MBOBR team, and what do you enjoy most about working here?

A: It was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up, and I really like the people I work with.

Q: If you could instantly master any new skill, what would it be and why?

A: To be able to sing better.

Q: What is a personal or professional achievement you're most proud of?

A: Personally, raising 3 daughters. Professionally, helping to take this business to the next level.

Q: If you could switch roles with someone for a day, who would it be and why?

A: Jack Nicklaus. I would love to see what it feels like to play golf that well.

Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to someone new to the team?

A: Always treat people like you want to be treated.

Q: If you could create a new tradition for MBOBR, what would it be?

A: In addition to the culture coins and lunch, I would like to give the Employee of the Month an extra paid day off.
