Today we’re recognizing Tammy “T” Shaw from our Auto Value Battle Creek #317 store. T is an amazing asset to the team and is always willing to go above and beyond for both staff and customers. She regularly joins sales calls to stay connected with our shops and understand what’s happening in the field.
T is always the first to step up—whether it’s covering for a teammate or tackling whatever task needs to be done. Her caring attitude and winning personality make a difference every day, and she truly helps make life easier for our Sales team.
