"Went in on a Monday morning without an appointment and spur of the moment. Joe Parker greeted us quickly and stayed with us for the entirety of the buying process. Rae took care of my paperwork and got me in and out as quick as possible. The car needed to stay at the shop and get a door handle put on, and Joe kept me informed of the status of the repairs. When I did call and left a message for him, he returned my call promptly. He made sure that my little Fiat 500e was fully charged so I could make the 60 mile trip home back to Missouri without range anxiety. Everyone was attentive, professional and friendly. Overall pleased with the experience and happy with my new to me vehicle."
