Mrs Sue is severely allergic to iodine & paprika but really wanted to try our Uncle Bob’s Chicken Fried Steak 😇 so what did we do……… 🗣️

We purchased the proper ingredients and changed the grease so she could experience Chicken Fried Steak for the 1st time in her life. We also made the green beans and mashed potatoes to accommodate her as well❣️

I’m so happy her 1st experience was Uncle Bob’s Chicken Fried Steak and she absolutely loved it 🥰

PS……… Mrs Sue bought 5 dinners so she could continue to enjoy her meals in the future ❤️

And yes they freeze and warm extremely well 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Living proof that HARD WORK PAYS OFF……..💪🏾

Rigo has been part of the EXPO QUIK STOP family for almost 2 months and in that short amount of time I’ve learned to much from him. No matter his health diagnosis (terminal cancer given less than a year) he works so hard even though all the pain in his body. I know of 4 serious surgeries he’s had since he’s been with us and the next day he calls me in unimaginable pain but he tells me he can come into work because he doesn’t want to let me down 🥺

There’s so much more about Rigo the world doesn’t know about…………….

1. Almost half his life he spent incarcerated ⛓️‍💥

2. He’s a gentle giant no matter the life he’s lived in the past ❤️

3. He never complains or looks for sympathy 😊

4. Rigo wants to help the youth and give support others that have gone down the same path that he went down or they’re currently incarcerated 🥰

5. I can go on and on but this post would never end so I’m going finish with this 🗣️

I listened to Rigo and I gave him the opportunity to buy a vehicle that was offered to me. It was so much bigger than another car for me it was watching Rigo work so hard for something that he’s never had……………. 🚗

A car that he worked hard for and legally purchased for the 1st time in his life 💪🏾

He’s had a lot of luxury cars that he purchased but none of them were done the right way and to witness this with my own eyes proves that people can change and become better no matter what they’ve done in their past. It’s how bad you want it…….!

The last time I took Rigo home he said these words to me………

“I know I don’t have long to live but I’m going to keep doing better everyday. I’m hurting inside but what hurts me more is thinking about my kids being without me. I’m dying! I can feel it…..! I have another tumor and I can show you…… but I’m not giving up!

I’ll never forget those words 💯

Then he thanked me for giving him a chance and believing in him and the last thing he said to me is I love you ❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I love him too❣️

I’m so proud of Rigo and I thank GOD for sending him through the doors to ask me for a job ❤️

Coming from a man that’s been a gangster all his life to finally feeling love 💕 God works in mysterious ways and I’m happy to be part of God’s work through Rigo ❤️❤️❤️
