There are skilled painters, and then there's Steve. His attention to detail, knowledge, patience, and pride in his work have made him one of the most talented painters in the business. After 25 years, his craftsmanship speaks for itself. Steve's experience is something you can't teach overnight. It comes from decades of dedication, hard work, and caring about getting the job done right.

This month, we pause to recognize the strength of those who have faced breast cancer, the courage of those currently fighting, and the loved ones who stand beside them every step of the way.
Breast cancer has touched countless families and communities, and behind every diagnosis is a person with a story, a family, and people who love them. October is a reminder to prioritize your health, know your body, keep up with recommended screenings, and encourage your loved ones to do the same!

Help us celebrate Deena Garner on 5 years with the Ron's Body Shop Family! ❤

Although Deena officially celebrates 5 years this time around, she actually worked at Ron's years ago and honestly... she never really left! Deena is incredibly intelligent, hardworking, and someone who always makes an effort to make sure the people around her feel heard and valued. Her Thoughtfulness, dedication, and the way she cares about the people she works with make her such an important part of our team.

🎉 Help us congratulate Mica Garner on 5 years at Ron's Body Shop!

Although Mica has officially been working at Ron's for the past 5 years, she has been around the shop pretty much since the day she was born! Growing up around the shop meant she had more "uncles" than she knew what to do with, and she got a pretty early start learning what it means to be part of the Ron's Body Shop family. 🤣

Over the last five years, Mica has had the opportunity to learn and experience so many different sides of the business. She has worked in the wash bay, paint shop, mechanic shop, parts department, and now the front office, giving her a unique understanding of just how many people and moving parts it takes to keep Ron's Body Shop running.

From getting her hands dirty in the shops to working with our customers and helping keep things running, she has grown tremendously and continues to learn something new every day.

We are so proud of the person and employee she has become and excited to see where the next five years take her!

For the NF1 community, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is also an important reminder of why the importance of medical research cannot be overstated. Children with NF1 have an increased risk of certain tumors and cancers, and continued research is critical to developing better ways to detect and treat these complications. We stand together in the fight for a world where children get to be children.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran towards the danger.
We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and Americans who showed unbelievable courage that day.
25 years later, we continue to honor their sacrifice and remember the strength, unity, and compassion that followed.

🎉 Happy 6-year work anniversary, Wesley! 🎉
Help us celebrate Wesley Browning on 6 years here at Ron's! 🥳

Wesley started with us as a part-timer, taking care of the trash, helping wash cars, and building anything we needed. From there, he began training under one of our highly experienced body technicians and started learning the trade from the ground up.

Since then, Wesley has grown tremendously, moved out on his own as a body technician, and continues to learn and improve every day. We couldn't be more proud of how far he has come and the hard work he has put in along the way!

We are so thankful to have watched Wesley grow from that part-time kid helping around the shop into the talented technician he is today. We can't wait to see what the next several years bring!
