7 frictions .065
6 steels .105
apply plate .192 crudely hardened
top plate ,192 crudely hardened

Yields about .010 to .020 oiled aux springs install. Meant to check before oil but hey. This will in my experience on the dyno over the years open up another .10 to .15 after compressed with oil in units first few applies.
Cant duplicated with air unlike oil compress
Also shows aux springs I use and height installed . Very very stiff for apply plate install .

This is the spring I use for the 2-3 valve mod and inside the boost valve. Again from the harbor freight assorted kit.
Also use the same behind the isolator valve in the converter regulator valve.
This spring will yield between 200 ands 230 Psi at WOT depending on the boost valve used and has minimal effect on low throttle gaining as throttle increases.

I always get as what springs I use in the 4l60e aux returns in the 3-4 Ace hardware.

On occasion I get the question "What makes this a stage 1-2-3 whatever.
Well one I do define this in my build list however some seem to think its rated by the number of after market trans go or sonnax or whatever parts you buy , As those that follow me know, most know my builds and mods are unique and stuff I make or do that is not off the shelf main stream box stuff.
This is very simply how I do my builds and show all.
My history and track record are the proof in the pudding as they say.
So I will not defend why I dont use the same stuff as others as I am not building others stuff , I am building my way and by my specs that have worked for me and proven themselves over many many years.

Juat valve body stuff.
