Most reputable competitors charge $15 per foot of 10AN line and $20+ per fitting without the security of a pressure-tested and crimped fittings that can withstand extreme track use.

We've simplified the process into 3 easy steps, allowing you to build an oil cooler kit tailored to your exact setup. You choose the specifications, we handle the assembly, and your kit shows up ready to install.

STEP 1 — CHOOSE YOUR HOSE LENGTHS

Measure your setup and select the exact hose lengths you need. All hoses are made to order and pressure tested, giving you the proper fit without unnecessary extra line cluttering your engine bay.

STEP 2 — SELECT YOUR FITTINGS

Choose the fitting angles that work best for your routing. Our angled crimp-on fittings feature dual swivel ends, eliminating the need to worry about hose clocking during installation.

The Chase Bays Oil Catch Can V2. Refined, improved, and built to perform better than ever.

We've taken everything we learned from years of testing our original Oil Catch Can and made some serious improvements across the board.

With dual filtered inlets, a relocated outlet for easier hose routing, increased internal baffling, and a redesigned quick-release canister, V2 brings improved functionality, easier servicing, and more flexibility for a wide range of setups.

We've also updated the dipstick with a purple anodized finish, easier-to-read level markings, and an Allen key provision for easier removal.

All while retaining the same compact footprint and modular mounting options that made the original so versatile.

The factory BMW VANOS Oil Line is one of the weakest links on BMW M5X/S5X engines. Replace that leaky OEM rubber hose with our 100% complete kit with new Vanos Line, Banjo Bolts, and Crush Washers!

Our VANOS Line for the BMW M50 | M52 | M54 | S50 | S52 is made from 6AN PTFE inner and Poly braided outer for massive fluid and heat resistance plus increased flexibility. The hose ends are machine crimped and each hose is pressure tested to 3x operating pressures. Aside from the function, the hose looks substantially better than the OE hose! The Chase Bays Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate with 1" Spacer for FA20 / FA24 Engines.

Previously only available as part of our FA20 / FA24 Oil Cooler Kits, we're now offering this setup on its own for those looking to piece together their own external oil cooler system.

The factory coolant-assisted oil cooler has its limitations, especially when these engines start seeing extended track time and higher oil temperatures. We designed this setup to properly eliminate the OEM cooler and make the transition to an external oil cooler as clean and simple as possible.

One of the biggest differences is our FA20 / FA24 specific Extended M20 Stud Adapter. Rather than relying on a universal threaded adapter, we designed and machined our own solution specifically for these engines to ensure proper fitment and functionality.

The kit includes:
• Chase Bays Extended M20 Stud Adapter
• Chase Bays 1" Oil Filter Housing Spacer
• Chase Bays 180°F Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate
• Chase Bays 10AN 90° Male Swivel Adapters

The thermostatic plate helps regulate oil flow through the external cooler based on temperature, while the included 10AN adapters make plumbing your own cooler setup straightforward.
