The dishonesty of some shops is wild… We aren’t the cheapest, but we are honest and we stand behind our work.

There are faster shops… there are cheaper shops… there are shops that will most likely make you feel better about yourself…

But…

That’s not who I am, quite frankly it never was. I’m not the best at customer service. I’m not the best at communication (prior to repairs) and I’m sure not going to tell you something that’s not true.

But if we do something (or don’t for that matter), it’s exactly as we discussed or charged for.

One of our oldest fleets got to us in the knick of time…. Very rarely, these trucks throw a code (p0087) for a weak CP4 pump…. And upon inspection there was no metal present!

For a fraction of the costly fuel system repair, we are installing a DCR pump!

Carli referred us a customer from Mississippi. His complaint was the truck has always had a trash ride since original install….

Well sir, here’s why - the track bar was never torqued and it prematurely wore the upper joint as well as the bracket, the front Carli coils were installed on the wrong side and the upper shock bushings were too hard causing the shocks to bounce and resi to rub. The low mount bracket was never installed.

We repaired the issues with a brand new set of Pathfinder shocks, upper Track bar bushing and bracket as well as an upgraded rear track bar from Thuren since the truck has factory rear coils. As well as just adding a touch of grease to the Carli ball joints. ✅

There are always cheaper and quicker shops. But if you appreciate a quality install, proper torque and a shop that stands behind their work, we are the shop for you!!
