I had a customer from earlier this year reach out today and let me know his car is finally rippin'! Thought I'd make an honorary post about it!

Here at ~Wiredaddy~, we specialize in Electronics Installs on All types of Vehicles!

I was approached with the opportunity to do a Permanent Install of a Starlink on a 2026 Cybertruck utilizing its onboard 48v Power system fed to the Roofline.

Tesla's 48v architecture is pretty loosely regulated, as this system can see voltage spikes up close to 60v temporarily. Being that our Starlink unit is a strict 12v-48v range, a voltage surge could kill our Starlink without warning.

We decided a Victron 48/24v Converter would be a great fit for this application. This unit accepts 32-72v Input, and Regulates a 24v output which the starlink accepts happily without risk of damaging the unit!

Unplugged Performance's Bolt-On Bracket made the Physical install of the Starlink a breeze! Routing all of the necessary cabling was a bit of a pain, but very doable for this chassis without any cutting or trimming!

Lil' 58 Corvette in for a Wiring Repair and a bunch of Maintenance!

Unfortunately the Fan Controller that was installed previously had a bit of a melt down, but we got the Fans rewired and fused properly so that can't happen again!

Small Block Chevy's love leaking - so we replaced the Front Timing Cover Gasket, Oil Pan Gasket, Intake Gasket, Valve Covers, and so much more chasing all of the oil, fuel, and coolant leaks! Finally this thing doesn't leave the full color palette of puddles on the garage floor 🙏

Just finished up with this SWEET Cuda! Outdated Fast EFI was giving the customer problems - time for a Holley Sniper EFI System!

Electric Fans Integration for EFI Control, A/C Idle Kicks, Fuel Pressure Sensor, and all of the necessary goodies to get this thing zooming! And a new tune to make sure those cold starts work every time!

For Fun Friday!

Here at WireDaddy - Fun with ALL things cars is a priority! I had a vision about a year ago to convert a set of Arcade Cabinets into Sim Racers - and it turned out cooler than I could have imagined!

Everything was done in-house! From the Vinyl Wrap, to Redoing the Floors, New 27in LED Monitors Retrofit, C6 ZO6 Seats with Working Power on the Driver's side 💪, Logitech G29 Wheel, Pedals, Shifter, Custom Mounts for Everything, Custom Metal Plasma Cut Dashes with Buttons and Keypad for Game Interface, Integrated Mouse Pads, Cup Holders with Phone Chargers!, Underglow!, and some powerhouse Lenovos to keep these things running strong!

Special thanks to for his welding and plasma cutting prowess! All of the metal working, welding, and bracketry would not have been possible without him! He helped me bring all of my designs from CAD to real life!

I've got some big future development plans for these machines - but for now, they both work, look pretty sweet, and are TONS of fun for a pizza party! 🍕 🥳

Wiring Wednesday was full of wiring!
Big strides on EVO X Rallycar progress for
