We don’t normally do customer installs, but we made an exception for this one.

A couple of weeks ago we installed one of our aluminum skid plates, and it looks like it’s already doing its job. Last week we added one of our lift kits to complete the setup.

This RAV4 is a daily driver that is also lived in. It’s used for camping, exploring and everyday life. Excited to see where this RAV ends up next!

GEN 3 Highlander (2014-2019) suspension and skid plate upgrades are now available.

It took some time to get our Northwoods springs dialed in, but we’re really happy with the results.

Our Northwoods springs help reduce the factory “wallow and dive” feeling with an increased spring rate while providing approximately ½” of lift in the front and 1” in the rear.

Paired with Bilstein B6 or B4 struts and shocks, these upgrades deliver sporty, controlled handling while still maintaining a comfortable ride.

Whether you’re heading out for summer camping adventures, towing a trailer, or hauling extra gear, these upgrades provide improved capability, stability, and confidence both on and off the pavement.

Your Highlander is built for more than empty rides. Northwoods springs are designed to handle the load without the sag.

This is our full KYB strut package with lift for the Highlander Gen2 … what makes the springs different?

Our blue front springs are +10% spring rate, and rear springs are +20% spring rate. Optional spring buffers are easily installed between the coils, and provide an approximate 5% increase in effective spring rate. So you’ll be ready wherever the road may take you.
