Take a look at some incredible custom home builds with Brian Alcorn, owner of Brian C. Alcorn Construction, as he shares what makes building at Duchy Airpark in Mebane, NC, so unique! ✈️🏡

With a runway running through the neighborhood and private airplane hangars incorporated into every home, this community is truly one of a kind!

Brian has trusted Pella Lifestyle Series windows for his projects and has partnered with Pella for over 15 years!

A special shoutout to our very own Eddie Robertson for making the process seamless and building the lasting relationships that represent the Pella Promise! 💛

Check out this during-install vs. after transformation in Murrells Inlet, SC! 🏡

This replacement project features Pella 250 Series windows with SunDefense glass, combining energy efficiency, durability, and a fresh new look!

With coastal weather in mind, we incorporated design pressure (DP) requirements into this project, selecting windows engineered to withstand specified wind pressures while meeting applicable building code requirements.

Shoutout to our Myrtle Beach Retail Replacement Sales Rep, Danny Callahan, for another great project! 👏

5 signs a home is designed well:

📌 Its got a point of view.
📌 Outside feels like part of the home.
📌 Light is part of the plan from day 1.
📌 Every detail was chosen, not added.
📌 Its about how it feels, not how big it is.

More glass. More light. More wow.

Window walls are one of our favorite design features. These floor-to-ceiling designs make a room feel bigger and connect it to the outdoors.
